CEDEM conference 2022

We Support Social Projects
ARETE Group and DB Schenker are not only cooperating on a business level, but also jointly supporting social projects in their local area. In a current project, in cooperation with Tomas Slavata, we have succeeded in making the life of children from the children’s Home in the UA Vinnycja more pleasant. Due to the war, the children have a temporary home in Liberec, and together we organised their transportation to a sports weekend in Nova Ves near Bečov nad Teplou. We hope that they forgot the worries of everyday life for a while and enjoyed a pleasant weekend.

The ARETE Industrial Sicav Fund Is Once Again The Most Profitable Real Estate Fund In The Czech Republic
Our third fund once again delivers our investors the highest annual return, the 12-month appreciation as of 31st March 2022 reached 34.5%. In combination with one of the lowest loan-to-value ratios (LTV) at 10.8% and weighted average unexpired lease term (WAULT) at 8.20 years, it clearly ranks among the most stable funds of qualified investors in the Czech Republic. Our new development projects compensate for the lack of quality industrial real estate. The relocation of multinational companies to the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic generates a new demand for production and storage facilities. ARETE Park in Valašské Meziříčí, which will be completed in 4 weeks and will take a total of 11 months to build, will be DB Schenker’s main distribution center for JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS.
