Our new development projects compensate for the lack of quality industrial real estate. The relocation of multinational companies to the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic generates a new demand for production and storage facilities.
ARETE Park in Valašské Meziříčí, which will be completed in 4 weeks and will take a total of 11 months to build, will be DB Schenker's main distribution center for JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS. The whole reportage on the Slovak Television TA3 with our colleague Tomas Novotny.
