Arete Invest fund hits €58.4m

Arete Invest, a fund primarily focused on commercial real estate, released its results for the third quarter of 2017. The rapidly growing company, founded in 2014, has seen the value of property under its control grow to €58.4m. Arete Invest CEE II achieved a gross yield of 40.5 percent. Based on a 5-year plan, Arete expects its subfund to reach a value of €200m. With the subfund reaching more than a 100% y-o-y valorization in its first two years, investors already got paid out at the beginning of 2017.
