Heat pumps in the industrial park arete park Rokycany I will be complemented by solar panels

Our new hall within the industrial park ARETE Park Rokycany I meets the requirements of tenants with its modern technical parameters. It has also become the first facility within the portfolio of the ARETE INDUSTRIAL fund to be fully heated by heat pumps.
We have decided to supplement the heat pumps with the latest photovoltaic power plant. A total of 138 modern solar panels have been installed on the roof of the facility, providing a total capacity of nearly 63 kilowatts-peak in the first implemented phase.
We will also be installing photovoltaic power plants on other technically suitable roofs of our buildings. This is one of our environmental goals, which is part of ARETE's approach to ESG principles.
