ARETE BIO TERM

BIO TERM operates a modern cogeneration heating plant in Swiebodzice, Poland, with an electrical output of 6.6 MWe and a total thermal output of 11 MWt, supplying heat and electricity to more than 5,000 customers. The heating plant has two highly efficient gas cogeneration units and a gas boiler, which ensures stable operation and flexibility. It complies with current European environmental standards and benefits from cogeneration subsidies. The plant also includes hot water storage tanks, which enable efficient energy management and function as thermal energy storage. The project’s economics are based on two pillars: regulated revenues from heat supply to households and the possibility of generating electricity during peak periods when its market price is highest.
ARETE Park Rzeszow North

ARETE is strengthening its position in one of Poland’s fastest-growing logistics regions and is expanding its portfolio with ARETE Park Rzeszow North. The modern Class A park offers nearly 90,000 m² of leasable space and is fully occupied by long-term tenants. The main tenant is LPP Logistics, the logistics division of one of the largest fashion chains in Central Europe. Another significant part of the park is used by BSH Hausgeräte GmbH, a global leader in household appliances. The park is located directly on the A4 motorway and also the Via Carpathia which is a key international transport artery. It is also in close proximity to Rzeszów-Jasionka Airport. This gives the logistic park an exceptional transport accessibility. The region is also known as Poland’s “Aviation Valley” – one of the most important industrial clusters in the country, attracting a skilled workforce and supporting long-term demand for logistics capacity.
Zgorzelec-Görlitz

ARETE Park Zgorzelec-Görlitz represents the latest addition to the ARETE INDUSTRIAL fund portfolio. The acquisition of this significant logistics park in western Poland was completed by ARETE at the end of September 2024, marking the group’s expansion beyond the Czech and Slovak Republics into the Polish market. Located in the border town of Zgorzelec between Poland and Germany, the park is a Class A logistics facility offering approximately 65,000 sqm of leasable area. The property is fully leased on a long-term basis to prestigious tenants: Dr. Schumacher, a leading European producer of disinfectants and hygiene products, and ID Logistics Polska, which operates a distribution center here for the global e-commerce giant Amazon. Zgorzelec boasts numerous advantages for logistics and industrial activities. Its strategic cross-border location ensures seamless access to both the German and Polish markets. The area is well-connected to major highways, including the A4, which forms part of the Third European Transport Corridor, enabling efficient transport to major cities like Dresden, Berlin, and Wrocław. The region also offers access to a skilled workforce from both Poland and Germany and serves as an industrial hub focused on manufacturing, retail, and services.
