Investment Strategy: Flexible Resources With Higher Returns
The ARETE ENERGY TRANSITION fund carefully compiles a portfolio of resources, primarily flexible energy projects that are capable of effectively combining electricity and heat production. They enable cheap production in times of low electricity prices, optimize operating costs, reliably cover energy needs, sell output and capacity through guaranteed contracts with customers, and thus sustainably achieve higher returns than other energy sources.
The projects ready for acquisition represent approximately ten assets in the European Union countries – heating plants, cogeneration, biogas power plants and renewable sources or battery storage. With more than twenty years of experience in investments and energy, our team is able to evaluate and combine investment opportunities and reduce commercial risks so that the target portfolio achieves the expected yield and return regardless of the future dynamics of the energy market.
