Rokycany II

ARETE Park Rokycany II offers almost 30,000 sqm of modern warehouse and office space. The project takes into account the ESG standards with regard to the ARETE Group's strategy. The tenant can benefit from the strategic location of the hall near the D5 highway. The long-term tenant of the site is the German logistics company Thomas Duvenbeck Immobilien, which is part of the British investment group Waterland. The tenant will use the hall for logistics purposes, becoming the company's largest consolidation centre in Europe. The complex is also exceptional in terms of the total area of office space, of which it offers 4,000 sqm.
