Arete Invest fund invests 75 million to site expansion in Uherske Hradiste, the lease contract was extended by 11 years.

Arete Invest, a fast-growing Czech real estate investment fund, signed a new lease agreement with Forschner in May, which is now valid until 2029. Forschner’s production capacity in the Uherské Hradiště Park Area will be extended by another 5,000 m2 next year a total area of 12,300 m2. The total investment in new construction is estimated at 75 million crowns.

The expansion of the premises in Uherské Hradiště and the significant extension of the contract, means further stabilization and increase of the value of our sub-fund's portfolio, "said Tomáš Novotný, a member of the investment committee of the Arete Invest CEE II Sub-Fund, responsible for asset management.
