PRESENTATION OF THE FUND

Based on the sent request, you will be contacted by us. We will introduce you to the basic parameters of the fund of qualified investors and send you a detailed presentation of the fund.

PERSONAL MEETING OR TELEPHONE

We will explain in detail the functioning of the fund's investment strategy and the technical details associated with the investment. We will answer your questions about the next steps. We will properly document our actions. However, we cannot give you any specific recommendations regarding the investment in the fund. You cannot understand any communication with us in the meaning that the fund is specifically suitable for you. The final decision whether to invest in the fund must be made by you.

DOCUMENTS FOR A NEW INVESTOR

We will send you complete documentation for a new investor in accordance with applicable legislation. It will contain contracts and documents related to the subscription of the fund's investment shares and further related to the investment service provided.

CALL FOR SUBSCRIPTION OF INVESTMENT SHARES

Once everything is signed, the fund administrator will send you a request to subscribe of investment shares and to send finances to the fund's account. The subscription of investment shares takes place on the basis of capital calls during the subscription period.

ISSUE OF BOOKED INVESTMENT SHARES

Investment shares will be issued in accordance with the determined Net Asset Value of the fund in the relevant period. Investment shares will be credited to your asset account.

REPORTING

Every month we will send you an e-mail with information about Net Asset Value of the fund in the relevant period. We will send you an individual report about the development of your investment by e-mail on a quarterly basis. Once a year, we will send you an e-mail with a report about your investment based on the fund's audited financial statements.

COMMUNICATION

Of course you can contact us at any time. If you are interested, you may be sent regular macroeconomic forecasts, more detailed information about the assets in the fund's portfolio and other interesting information. Because we value each of our investors, we regularly organize cultural and social events, to which we will be glad to invite you.
