The Czech Investment Fund bought Prologis Park Nove Mesto

The Real Estate Investment Fund Arete Invest has purchased the industrial and logistics complex Prologis Park Nove Mesto, which is located near Nove Mesto nad Vahom. The exact amount of the transaction was not published, yet it is up to 50 million EUR, and the facility is planning to further develop.
