Our third fund once again delivers our investors the highest annual return, the 12-month appreciation as of 31st March 2022 reached 34.5%. In combination with one of the lowest loan-to-value ratios (LTV) at 10.8% and weighted average unexpired lease term (WAULT) at 8.20 years, it clearly ranks among the most stable funds of qualified investors in the Czech Republic.
