Arete Invest signed a contract with Fiege
Prague / Lovosice, 11th of April 2018
Arete Invest signed a new five-year lease agreement with the Fiege logistics company in March. It has been expanding its storage capacities in April of Lovosice Park by new 7500 m2 to the total of 9600 m2. Cushman & Wakefield and 108 Agency were the lease consultant in this case. Arete Invest is also planning to expand the area by 11,000 m2 of warehouse and production area.
