Arete Invest returns 25.7%

Arete Invest, a rapidly growing real estate investment fund, has published its audited results for the past year. The total audited earnings after tax reached almost CZK 92 million (approximately EUR 3.47 million), the gross return of the currently open Sub-Fund Arete Invest CEE II was 25.7% in 2016. The audit was done by Deloitte auditors.
