We have started the development of a new logistics park in Valašské Meziříčí. The modern facility will provide a total of 21,000 sqm of premium rental space and investments shall exceed EUR 15 million. The first two phases of development, which are already being prepared for the logistics company DB Schenker, are scheduled for completion till the end of 2022.
