Arete invests up to 80 million euros in industrial real estate in the CEE region
Prague, 4th of June 2020
The Arete investment and real estate group has signed a loan agreement with Raiffeisenbank for up to EUR 80 million. The funds will be used to refinance the existing real estate portfolio of the second fund (Arete Invest), and as an investment in the new construction of industrial real estate.
