"Today, it's worth it to invest in a combination of funds with a clear and long-term strategy, whose portfolio reflects market value. Investors should decide primarily based on the strategy of the specific fund and understand it. Each asset and segment of the real estate market behaves differently. It depends on what the investor is interested in," explained Robert.
