The ARETE INVEST SUBFUND CEE II closed the investment cycle in 2021. Following the sale of the sub-fund's portfolio worth EUR 113.2 million (CZK 3 billion) to Cromwell European REIT (CEREIT), a publicly traded real estate investment trust listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange, the principal and returns of all subfund investors were duly paid out and all bank financing liabilities have been fully settled.

ABOUT PORTFOLIO

The portfolio of the ARETE INVEST SUBFUND CEE II included eleven logistics and light industrial properties in the Czech Republic and Slovakia with almost 100% occupancy, which were leased to seventeen mainly international tenants. The portfolio had a total leasable area of 125,000 sqm together with 140,000 sqm for further development and future growth.
