Arete Invest is the first real estate fund to become an associate member of the Capital Market Association

Arete Invest, a fast-growing Czech fund focused on real estate investment, became the first real estate fund that is an associate member of the Czech Capital Market Association. After its several-year membership in the renowned global Alternative Investment Management Association (AIMA), it is now also a member of a local professional association.
"We share common values with the Capital Market Association - we fight for the development and transparency of the capital market, and we place an emphasis on the protection of investors and trustworthiness. That is why we decided to become a member," says Lubor Svoboda, co-founder and Chairman of the Management Board of Arete Invest.
The Czech Capital Market Association is among the most important professional associations operating in the capital market. The Association brings together the most important managers - investment companies and asset management companies, as well as securities brokers and banks operating in the Czech Republic and other entities providing capital market services. The activities of the Association help to increase the transparency of the capital market, protect investors and support the interests of its members. The Association strives in particular towards the development of the capital market and collective investment. With its activities and self-regulation, it wants to develop the subconscious, knowledge and trustworthiness in the capital market.
Arete Invest is focused on investments in completed commercial real estate that is already leased and generates regular revenue in the form of rent. In doing so, it offers its investors above-average appreciation of investments - the gross return of the sub-fund was over 44% last year. Investors are provided with continuous cash distribution of up to 6% per year paid on a quarterly basis. Arete Invest adheres to five basic principles - its expertise, the tangibility of investments, simplicity and a transparent approach towards its clients.
