Dunajská Streda

ARETE Park Dunajská Streda, covering an area of almost 30,000 sqm, is located approximately 40 km from Bratislava. BSK Transports from the Italian group Bracchi, which has been operating in Slovakia for a long time, is a tenant at the site. The building meets the high technical standard of class A and has the most modern technical parameters. The site covers an area of more than 29,000 sqm. Another 12,700 m2 is in the implementation phase. The rental premises will be available within 8 months. The expansion will offer new modern spaces for storage, logistics and light production. The new tenant will get a building meeting the highest technical standards, offices, and social spaces on demand. A preparation for a photovoltaic power plant will be included in the project as part of fulfilling the ESG strategy. Units from 3,000 m2 will be available for rent.
