Skupina ARETE jako jedin\u00e1 na \u010desk\u00e9m trhu uzav\u00edr\u00e1 a vypo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1v\u00e1 investi\u010dn\u00ed fondy na konci investi\u010dn\u00edho cyklu p\u0159\u00edmo v r\u00e1mci investi\u010dn\u00ed strategie.  <\/p>&#13;\n<p>Po b\u0159eznov\u00e9m prodeji portfolia podfondu v hodnot\u011b 113,2 milionu EUR (3 miliardy K\u010d) spole\u010dnosti Cromwell European REIT (CEREIT), ve\u0159ejn\u011b obchodovan\u00e9mu realitn\u00edmu investi\u010dn\u00edmu trustu k\u00f3tovan\u00e9mu na singapursk\u00e9 burze cenn\u00fdch pap\u00edr\u016f, byly jistina a v\u00fdnosy v\u0161ech investor\u016f podfondu \u0159\u00e1dn\u011b vyplaceny a v\u0161echny bankovn\u00ed finan\u010dn\u00ed z\u00e1vazky byly pln\u011b vyrovn\u00e1ny. T\u00edm byly spln\u011bny v\u0161echny z\u00e1konn\u00e9 podm\u00ednky k tomu, aby cel\u00fd fond v\u010detn\u011b podfondu mohl b\u00fdt s \u00fa\u010dinnost\u00ed od 1. z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2021 vy\u0161krtnut ze seznamu investi\u010dn\u00edch fond\u016f s pr\u00e1vn\u00ed subjektivitou veden\u00e9ho \u010ceskou n\u00e1rodn\u00ed bankou. <\/p>&#13;\n<p>&#8222;V\u00fdsledky cel\u00e9ho fondu ARETE Invest, respektive obou jeho podfond\u016f, hodnot\u00edme jednozna\u010dn\u011b pozitivn\u011b. Prvn\u00ed podfond investuj\u00edc\u00ed do reziden\u010dn\u00edch nemovitost\u00ed jsme uzav\u0159eli s celkov\u00fdm pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fdm hrub\u00fdm v\u00fdnosem 39 % p.a. v roce 2017. Druh\u00fd podfond investuj\u00edc\u00ed do kvalitn\u00ed logistiky a lehk\u00fdch pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch nemovitost\u00ed, kter\u00fd jsme v\u0161ak nyn\u00ed upsali, dok\u00e1zal dodat a vyplatit sv\u00fdm investor\u016fm pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd hrub\u00fd v\u00fdnos 11 % p.a. investi\u010dn\u00ed akcie podfondu v prvn\u00ed vln\u011b dos\u00e1hly hrub\u00e9 n\u00e1vratnosti investice p\u0159es 20 % p.a.. \u00dasp\u011bch obou podfond\u016f jednozna\u010dn\u011b podtrhuje schopnost na\u0161\u00ed skupiny p\u0159ipravit a realizovat spr\u00e1vnou investi\u010dn\u00ed strategii pro ka\u017ed\u00e9 investi\u010dn\u00ed obdob\u00ed,\u201c uvedl Lubor Svoboda, spoluzakladatel skupiny ARETE.   <\/p>&#13;\n<p><i>&#8222;Zejm\u00e9na \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 uzav\u0159en\u00ed podfondu CEE II, kde jsme m\u011bli v\u00edce ne\u017e 100 investor\u016f, je t\u0159eba hodnotit z pohledu roku 2015, kdy jsme analyzovali tr\u017en\u00ed p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti a p\u0159ipravovali investi\u010dn\u00ed strategii.
