Spolu s t\u00edm byla v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice v tomto roce uz\u00e1kon\u011bna struktura investi\u010dn\u00edch fond\u016f SICAV, kter\u00e9 mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed investo\u0159i rozum\u011bli a vy\u017eadovali pro sv\u00e9 investice.  <\/p>&#13;\n<p><strong>\u010cemu v\u0161emu se aktu\u00e1ln\u011b v r\u00e1mci skupiny v\u011bnujete?<\/strong><\/p>&#13;\n<p>Skupina ARETE zahrnuje investi\u010dn\u00ed fondy a servisn\u00ed spole\u010dnosti, kter\u00e9 fond\u016fm poskytuj\u00ed specifick\u00e9 slu\u017eby. D\u00edky tomu jsou na\u0161e nemovitosti nezbytnou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed podnik\u00e1n\u00ed pronaj\u00edmatel\u016f. Za druh\u00e9, na\u0161e portfolio budujeme tak, aby nevznikaly geografick\u00e9 nebo sektorov\u00e9 z\u00e1vislosti. T\u0159et\u00ed slo\u017ekou je zachov\u00e1n\u00ed konzervativn\u00ed \u00farovn\u011b bankovn\u00edho financov\u00e1n\u00ed do 50 procent LTV.
