V \u00fanoru 2016 byl zalo\u017een druh\u00fd podfond Arete Invest, CEE II. Tento podfond postupn\u011b vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed homogenn\u00ed portfolio vysoce kvalitn\u00edch pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch nemovitost\u00ed s vysok\u00fdmi v\u00fdnosy. <i>\u201eEkonomick\u00e1 situace ve st\u0159edn\u00ed Evrop\u011b nahr\u00e1v\u00e1 rozvoji logistiky a v\u00fdroby. Proto je investi\u010dn\u00ed strategie na\u0161eho druh\u00e9ho podfondu takto orientov\u00e1na. Situace se projevuje v rekordn\u00edch zisc\u00edch nadn\u00e1rodn\u00edch spole\u010dnost\u00ed a nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edch obratech automobilov\u00fdch z\u00e1vod\u016f v historii,\u201c <\/i>vysv\u011btluje Robert Ides, spoluzakladatel a \u010dlen p\u0159edstavenstva Arete Invest.   <\/p>&#13;\n<p>O\u010dek\u00e1van\u00e1 hodnota aktiv spravovan\u00fdch CEE II b\u011bhem o\u010dek\u00e1van\u00e9ho p\u011btilet\u00e9ho investi\u010dn\u00edho cyklu je 200 milion\u016f eur. Jak je patrn\u00e9 z auditovan\u00fdch v\u00fdsledk\u016f za rok 2016, sou\u010dasn\u00e1 m\u00edra v\u00fdnos\u016f v\u00fdrazn\u011b p\u0159esahuje ozn\u00e1men\u00fdch 16 %.  <\/p>&#13;\n<p>V roce 2016 jsme z\u00edskali p\u011bt logistick\u00fdch a v\u00fdrobn\u00edch are\u00e1l\u016f v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice. Nemovitosti v Uhersk\u00e9m Hradi\u0161ti, Lovosic\u00edch a P\u00edsku spojuj\u00ed logistiku, v\u00fdrobu a kancel\u00e1\u0159e. Jejich obsazenost je 100 % a zahrnuj\u00ed pronaj\u00edmateln\u00e9 prostory o celkov\u00e9 plo\u0161e 35 tis\u00edc m\u00b2 a prostory pro dal\u0161\u00ed rozvoj o celkov\u00e9 plo\u0161e 29 tis\u00edc m\u00b2.  <\/p>&#13;\n<p>V roce 2017 p\u0159ibyly v r\u00e1mci pl\u00e1novan\u00e9 expanze k podfondu CEE II dal\u0161\u00ed dva rozs\u00e1hlej\u0161\u00ed komplexy, tentokr\u00e1t na Slovensku. D\u00edky nim byla nav\u00fd\u0161ena celkov\u00e1 pronaj\u00edmateln\u00e1 plocha cel\u00e9ho portfolia podfondu na cca 80 tis\u00edc m\u00b2 p\u0159i zachov\u00e1n\u00ed 100% obsazenosti. Za\u010d\u00e1tkem roku byla z\u00edsk\u00e1na v\u00fdrobn\u00ed hala v sousedstv\u00ed automobilky KIA v \u017dilin\u011b.
