Celkem je v zemi 6,68 milionu m2 pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch a logistick\u00fdch nemovitost\u00ed, voln\u00fdch je n\u011bco m\u00e1lo p\u0159es 4 % t\u00e9to plochy.  <\/p>&#13;\n<p><em>\u201eTr\u017en\u00ed situace pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9ho vlastnictv\u00ed potvrzuje dlouhodob\u00fd pozitivn\u00ed trend ekonomick\u00e9ho r\u016fstu. Limituj\u00edc\u00edm faktorem pro investory i n\u00e1jemce se st\u00e1v\u00e1 nedostatek pracovn\u00edch sil. Dal\u0161\u00edm zaj\u00edmav\u00fdm parametrem je m\u00edra neobsazenosti. M\u00edra neobsazenosti dosahuje velmi n\u00edzk\u00fdch \u00farovn\u00ed, p\u0159esto je nutn\u00e9 si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee z celkov\u00e9ho objemu m<sup>2<\/sup> nemovitosti jde st\u00e1le o velkou absolutn\u00ed hodnotu,\u201c vysv\u011btluje Tom\u00e1\u0161 Novotn\u00fd, \u010dlen investi\u010dn\u00edho v\u00fdboru fondu Arete Invest, zodpov\u011bdn\u00fd za strategick\u00e9 investice a spr\u00e1vu aktiv. \u201eP\u0159i v\u00fdb\u011bru investice se zam\u011b\u0159ujeme na lokality, kde pro n\u00e1s nezam\u011bstnanost vykazuje kladn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed hodnoty, ne\u017e je pr\u016fm\u011br. Na\u0161e portfolio m\u00e1 tedy nulovou neobsazenost a spad\u00e1 do nadpr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fdch hodnot oproti trhu,\u201c      <\/em>dod\u00e1v\u00e1. <\/p>&#13;\n<p>Na konci druh\u00e9ho \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed leto\u0161n\u00edho roku bylo v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice 6,68 mil. m<sup>2<\/sup> pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch a logistick\u00fdch nemovitost\u00ed, dal\u0161\u00edch 558 000 m<sup>2<\/sup> je ve v\u00fdstavb\u011b zejm\u00e9na v okol\u00ed Prahy. 4,05 % plochy je voln\u00fdch. Takzvan\u00fd hrub\u00fd n\u00e1jem dos\u00e1hl v referen\u010dn\u00edm obdob\u00ed 325 000 m<sup>2<\/sup>. \u010cist\u00fd n\u00e1jem, kter\u00fd je o\u010di\u0161t\u011bn od opakovan\u011b uzav\u0159en\u00fdch smluv a p\u0159edstavuje tak nov\u011b obsazen\u00e9 prostory, \u010dinil 245 000 m<sup>2<\/sup>.
