Nyn\u00ed Arete Invest nab\u00edz\u00ed investice do sv\u00e9ho druh\u00e9ho podfondu CEE II, kter\u00fd c\u00edl\u00ed na pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u00e9 zhodnocov\u00e1n\u00ed vlo\u017een\u00fdch prost\u0159edk\u016f ve v\u00fd\u0161i 11 a\u017e 16 % ro\u010dn\u011b, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdnosnost tyto avizovan\u00e9 hodnoty daleko p\u0159evy\u0161uje. \u010c\u00e1st v\u00fdnos\u016f je nav\u00edc vypl\u00e1cena ka\u017ed\u00e9 \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed.   <\/p>&#13;\n<p><em>\u201eFond Arete Invest jsme zalo\u017eili teprve v roce 2014, p\u0159esto u\u017e nyn\u00ed m\u016f\u017eeme b\u00fdt hrd\u00ed na to, jak\u00fdch \u00fasp\u011bch\u016f se n\u00e1m poda\u0159ilo dos\u00e1hnout. Ve velmi kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 dob\u011b jsme v\u00fdrazn\u011b zhodnotili portfolio prvn\u00edho podfondu, kter\u00fd se n\u00e1m nyn\u00ed poda\u0159ilo i \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b form\u00e1ln\u011b uzav\u0159\u00edt, co\u017e je na \u010desk\u00e9m trhu velmi v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00e9. Nyn\u00ed ve\u0161kerou na\u0161i energii sm\u011b\u0159ujeme na druh\u00e9ho podfondu zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9ho na pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 nemovitosti, u kter\u00e9ho op\u011bt \u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1me nadstandardn\u00ed v\u00fdsledky. \u017de jsou na\u0161e p\u0159edpoklady spr\u00e1vn\u00e9, potvrzuje auditovan\u00fd v\u00fdnos za lo\u0148sk\u00fd rok, kter\u00fd \u010dinil vysok\u00fdch 25,7 %,\u201c<\/em> uvedl Lubor Svoboda, spoluzakladatel a p\u0159edseda spr\u00e1vn\u00ed rady fondu Arete Invest.<\/p>&#13;\n<p>Investi\u010dn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edb\u011bh prvn\u00edho podfondu Arete Invest CEE byl ukon\u010den v\u00a0\u0159\u00edjnu lo\u0148sk\u00e9ho roku, a to odprodejem cel\u00e9ho reziden\u010dn\u00edho portfolia skl\u00e1daj\u00edc\u00edho se z n\u011bkolika set bytov\u00fdch jednotek zahrani\u010dn\u00edmu finan\u010dn\u00edmu investorovi. N\u00e1sledoval proces ekonomick\u00e9ho a pr\u00e1vn\u00edho uzav\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed podfondu, kter\u00fd trval \u0159adu m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f a form\u00e1ln\u011b jej nyn\u00ed ukon\u010dilo vymaz\u00e1n\u00ed z rejst\u0159\u00edku veden\u00e9ho \u010ceskou n\u00e1rodn\u00ed bankou. <\/p>&#13;\n<p>V \u00fanoru 2016 vznikl nyn\u00ed druh\u00fd podfond Arete Invest CEE II, kter\u00fd postupn\u011b vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed homogenn\u00ed portfolio v\u00fdnosov\u00fdch pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch nemovitost\u00ed s vysok\u00fdm standardem.<em>\u201eEkonomick\u00e1 situace ve st\u0159edn\u00ed Evrop\u011b nahr\u00e1v\u00e1 rozvoji logistiky a v\u00fdroby, proto se investi\u010dn\u00ed strategie na\u0161eho druh\u00e9ho podfondu zam\u011b\u0159uje pr\u00e1v\u011b t\u00edmto sm\u011brem.
