P\u0159edpokl\u00e1dan\u00e1 hodnota spravovan\u00fdch aktiv tohoto podfondu v pr\u016fb\u011bhu o\u010dek\u00e1van\u00e9ho p\u011btilet\u00e9ho investi\u010dn\u00edho cyklu je 200 milion\u016f EUR. C\u00edlem podfondu je pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u00e9 zhodnocov\u00e1n\u00ed prost\u0159edk\u016f investovan\u00fdch investor\u016f ve v\u00fd\u0161i a\u017e 11 % ro\u010dn\u011b; z toho do 6 % ro\u010dn\u011b je pen\u011b\u017en\u00ed rozd\u011blen\u00ed vypl\u00e1ceno \u010dtvrtletn\u011b. Aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed n\u00e1vratnost tyto avizovan\u00e9 hodnoty v\u00fdrazn\u011b p\u0159evy\u0161uje. Podle naposledy zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00fdch v\u00fdsledk\u016f dos\u00e1hl kumulovan\u00fd hrub\u00fd v\u00fdnos podfondu Arete Invest CEE II na konci t\u0159et\u00edho \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed roku 2017 40,5 %.
