EUR. C\u00edlem podfondu je pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u00e9 zhodnocov\u00e1n\u00ed majetku investovan\u00fdch investor\u016f ve v\u00fd\u0161i a\u017e 11 % ro\u010dn\u011b, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e a\u017e 6 % ro\u010dn\u011b tvo\u0159\u00ed pen\u011b\u017en\u00ed distribuce vypl\u00e1cen\u00e9 \u010dtvrtletn\u011b. Aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdnos v\u00fdrazn\u011b p\u0159evy\u0161uje tyto avizovan\u00e9 hodnoty.   <\/p>&#13;\n<p>Ve t\u0159et\u00edm \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed byla zah\u00e1jena dlouho pl\u00e1novan\u00e1 restrukturalizace pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch a logistick\u00fdch prostor ARETE PARK NOV\u00c9 MESTO ve Slovensk\u00e9 republice. Arete Invest nav\u00edc jako jeden z prvn\u00edch fond\u016f v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice uzav\u0159el na konci t\u0159et\u00edho \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed sv\u016fj prvn\u00ed podfond CEE ofici\u00e1ln\u00edm v\u00fdmazem z registru \u010cNB.
