Hodnota aktiv ve spr\u00e1v\u011b podfondu se b\u011bhem roku t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 ztrojn\u00e1sobila z 24 na 70 milion\u016f EUR. Detailn\u00ed kontrolu v\u00fdsledk\u016f ji\u017e podle nov\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edsn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch pravidel provedli audito\u0159i spole\u010dnosti Deloitte.    <br\/> <\/p>&#13;\n<p><i>\u201eUplynul\u00fd rok byl pro n\u00e1s velice \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00fd. Poda\u0159ilo se n\u00e1m zdvojn\u00e1sobit hodnotu aktiv ve spr\u00e1v\u011b, zn\u00e1sobit po\u010det investor\u016f i d\u00e1le diverzifikovat na\u0161e portfolio a udr\u017eet nadstandardn\u00ed v\u00fdnosy pro na\u0161e investory. Ten byl zalo\u017een v\u00a0\u00fanoru 2016 a postupn\u011b vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed homogenn\u00ed portfolio v\u00fdnosov\u00fdch pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch nemovitost\u00ed s vysok\u00fdm standardem. O\u010dek\u00e1van\u00e1 hodnota spravovan\u00fdch aktiv tohoto podfondu v\u00a0pr\u016fb\u011bhu p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dan\u00e9ho p\u011btilet\u00e9ho investi\u010dn\u00edho cyklu je 5 miliard CZK. Podfond c\u00edl\u00ed na pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u00e9 zhodnocov\u00e1n\u00ed vlo\u017een\u00fdch prost\u0159edk\u016f investor\u016f ve v\u00fd\u0161i a\u017e 11 % ro\u010dn\u011b, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e z\u00a0toho a\u017e 6 % ro\u010dn\u011b \u010din\u00ed pen\u011b\u017en\u00ed distribuce vypl\u00e1cen\u00e9 na \u010dtvrtletn\u00ed b\u00e1zi. Aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdnosnost tyto avizovan\u00e9 hodnoty daleko p\u0159evy\u0161uje.    <\/p>&#13;\n<p>B\u011bhem roku 2017 byly dokon\u010deny celkem \u010dty\u0159i akvizice, t\u0159i na Slovensku a jedna v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice. Pronaj\u00edmateln\u00e9 plochy aktiv ve spr\u00e1v\u011b podfondu d\u00edky tomu narostly na t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 trojn\u00e1sobek a zv\u011bt\u0161ila se i diverzifikace jak z geografick\u00e9ho, tak odv\u011btvov\u00e9ho hlediska. <i>\u201ePracujeme na dal\u0161\u00edch akvizic\u00edch a z\u00e1rove\u0148 chyst\u00e1me v n\u011bkter\u00fdch na\u0161ich are\u00e1lech v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice i na Slovensku novou v\u00fdstavbu, kter\u00e1 hodnotu na\u0161eho portfolia d\u00e1le nav\u00fd\u0161\u00ed.
