Tento pom\u011br je nyn\u00ed u druh\u00e9ho fondu ARETE 43 % a pat\u0159\u00ed tak mezi fondy kvalifikovan\u00fdch investor\u016f k nejni\u017e\u0161\u00edm na trhu.  <\/p>&#13;\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>\u201ePortfolio na\u0161ich nemovitost\u00ed je kvalitn\u00ed, m\u00e1 vysokou hodnotu a ziskovost. Poskytnut\u00e1 \u00fav\u011brov\u00e1 linka ve v\u00fd\u0161i 80 milion\u016f EUR ukazuje, \u017ee n\u00e1\u0161 fond je stabiln\u00ed a odoln\u00fd i v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b, kdy poskytov\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00fdch \u00fav\u011br\u016f bankami velmi v\u00e1zne \u2013 d\u016fv\u011bra skupiny Raiffeisen to jednozna\u010dn\u011b potvrzuje. Zejm\u00e9na v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b toti\u017e na\u0161i strategii ni\u017e\u0161\u00edho zadlu\u017een\u00ed pova\u017eujeme jednozna\u010dn\u011b za na\u0161i konkuren\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdhodu,\u201c<\/em> dopl\u0148uje Robert Ides, druh\u00fd spoluzakladatel skupiny ARETE.<\/p>&#13;\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">P\u0159\u00edpravy na refinancov\u00e1n\u00ed a poskytnut\u00ed nov\u00e9 \u00fav\u011brov\u00e9 linky trvaly n\u011bkolik m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f, fin\u00e1ln\u00ed dohoda byla uzav\u0159ena 30. dubna. C\u00edlem nov\u011b uzav\u0159en\u00e9 smlouvy bylo jak zjednodu\u0161en\u00ed administrativn\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee, proto\u017ee doposud bylo poskytov\u00e1no jeden\u00e1ct samostatn\u00fdch \u00fav\u011br\u016f, tak umo\u017en\u011bn\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed flexibility p\u0159i financov\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00e9 v\u00fdstavby. Na celou transakci pr\u00e1vn\u011b dohl\u00ed\u017eely zku\u0161en\u00e9 advok\u00e1tn\u00ed kancel\u00e1\u0159e \u2013 Koci\u00e1n \u0160olc Bala\u0161t\u00edk za ARETE a Clifford Chance na stran\u011b banky.  <\/p>&#13;\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Druh\u00fd fond ARETE vznikl v roce 2016 a postupn\u011b vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed homogenn\u00ed portfolio pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch nemovitost\u00ed v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice a na Slovensku. Celkov\u00fd kumulovan\u00fd hrub\u00fd v\u00fdnos dos\u00e1hl za rok 2019 vysok\u00fdch 115 %, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e hrub\u00fd v\u00fdnos za lo\u0148sk\u00fd rok \u010dinil 8,9 %.\u00a0 Hodnota aktiv ve spr\u00e1v\u011b se vy\u0161plhala ke konci roku 2019 na v\u00edce ne\u017e 2,4 miliardy korun a v roce 2020 d\u00e1le poroste d\u00edky pr\u00e1v\u011b dokon\u010dovan\u00fdm hal\u00e1m. Vstup investor\u016f do tohoto fondu byl ji\u017e v roce 2018 uzav\u0159en.   <\/p>&#13;\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Od za\u010d\u00e1tku roku 2020 je pro investory otev\u0159en\u00fd t\u0159et\u00ed fond skupiny ARETE, kter\u00fd bude nejen investovat do dokon\u010den\u00fdch pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch nemovitost\u00ed ve st\u0159edn\u00ed a v\u00fdchodn\u00ed Evrop\u011b, ale i s\u00e1m stav\u011bt nov\u00e9 logistick\u00e9 a v\u00fdrobn\u00ed budovy.
