Z tohoto d\u016fvodu jsme \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b implementovali ESG strategii pro fond ARETE INDUSTRIAL. Stali jsme se d\u00edky tomu jedn\u00edm z prvn\u00edch takzvan\u00fdch \u201esv\u011btle zelen\u00fdch\u201c nemovitostn\u00edch fond\u016f v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice.  <\/i><br\/><br\/><i>Odpov\u011bdn\u00fd a udr\u017eiteln\u00fd zp\u016fsob investov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed hodnotu nejen pro jednotliv\u00e9 investory, ale i pro spole\u010dnost. Jsme hrd\u00ed na to, \u017ee jsme na \u010desk\u00e9m kapit\u00e1lov\u00e9m trhu pr\u016fkopn\u00edky. Jako jedni z\u00a0prvn\u00edch zav\u00e1d\u00edme mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed standardy, kter\u00e9 jsou d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 nejen pro na\u0161e mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed investory. <\/i><br\/><br\/><i>\u201eV sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b je ji\u017e z\u0159ejm\u00e9, \u017ee zhodnocen\u00ed kapit\u00e1lu je mo\u017en\u00e9 dosahovat spole\u010densky odpov\u011bdn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem. Proto n\u00e1\u0161 investi\u010dn\u00ed fond ARETE INDUSTRIAL posuzuje p\u0159i investi\u010dn\u00edm rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed nejen finan\u010dn\u00ed, ale i soci\u00e1ln\u00ed, enviroment\u00e1ln\u00ed a etick\u00e9 faktory,\u201c vysv\u011btluje ESG mana\u017eer ARETE Josef Novotn\u00fd.<\/i><br\/><br\/>Implementace ESG strategie je ov\u0161em jen za\u010d\u00e1tkem. Na\u0161i politiku udr\u017eitelnosti chceme v budoucnu nad\u00e1le zp\u0159es\u0148ovat a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b roz\u0161i\u0159ovat krit\u00e9ria, kter\u00e1 zohled\u0148ujeme p\u0159i investi\u010dn\u00edm rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed fondu. <br\/><br\/>Jako\u017eto \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk finan\u010dn\u00edho trhu jsme povinni reportovat dle evropsk\u00e9 sm\u011brnice SFDR (Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation), zda a jak podporujeme \u010di si klademe za c\u00edl politiku trval\u00e9 udr\u017eitelnosti. Fond ARETE INDUSTRIAL SICAV a.s. si zvolil za sv\u016fj c\u00edl podporovat politiku trval\u00e9 udr\u017eitelnosti, jak je definov\u00e1no v\u00a0\u010dl\u00e1nku 8. v\u00fd\u0161e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9 sm\u011brnice SFDR. <br\/><br\/>Z komplexn\u00edho pohledu na problematiku ESG se p\u0159i investi\u010dn\u00ed \u010dinnosti fondu zab\u00fdv\u00e1me v\u0161emi t\u0159emi p\u00edsmeny ze zkratky ESG. Pod p\u00edsmenem \u201eE\u201c se ukr\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed Environment p\u0159edstavuje krit\u00e9rium zji\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed dopad \u010dinnosti firem (v na\u0161em p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm nemovitost\u00ed) na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed. V\u00a0pojet\u00ed skupiny ARETE to zahrnuje zejm\u00e9na vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f v\u00a0r\u00e1mci nemovitostn\u00edho portfolia fondu ARETE INDUSTRIAL a aktivn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010di o okol\u00ed na\u0161\u00edch pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch a logistick\u00fdch park\u016f.  <br\/><br\/>Zam\u011b\u0159ujeme se tak\u00e9 na spln\u011bn\u00ed soci\u00e1ln\u00edch krit\u00e9ri\u00ed reprezentovan\u00fdch p\u00edsmenem \u201eS\u201c (Soci\u00e1ln\u00ed) prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm spolupr\u00e1ce s m\u00edstn\u00edmi zainteresovan\u00fdmi stranami. Nap\u0159\u00edklad spoluprac\u00ed s obcemi p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1me k m\u00edstn\u00edmu rozvoji. Druh\u00fdm pil\u00ed\u0159em fondu v soci\u00e1ln\u00ed oblasti je pod\u00edl spokojen\u00fdch n\u00e1jemc\u016f s dlouhodob\u00fdmi n\u00e1jemn\u00edmi smlouvami a d\u00e1le hodnocen\u00ed a v\u00fdb\u011br n\u00e1jemc\u016f s podnikatelskou \u010dinnost\u00ed, kter\u00e1 je pro m\u00edstn\u00ed region dlouhodob\u011b udr\u017eiteln\u00e1.  <br\/><br\/>P\u00edsmeno &#8222;G&#8220; (Governance) p\u0159edstavuje krit\u00e9ria pro odpov\u011bdn\u00e9 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed spole\u010dnosti. Mezi na\u0161e priority v t\u00e9to oblasti pat\u0159\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm pln\u00e9 dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed legislativn\u00edch a regula\u010dn\u00edch po\u017eadavk\u016f, poctiv\u00e9 praktiky a dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed etick\u00fdch standard\u016f reflektovan\u00fdch v Etick\u00e9m kodexu skupiny ARETE. <br\/><br\/>Skupina ARETE podporuje udr\u017eitelnost p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v t\u011bchto oblastech:<br\/><strong>Prost\u0159ed\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>&#13;\n<ul>&#13;\n<li>We reduce energy demand and carbon footprint of our assets:&#13;\n<ul>&#13;\n<li>At least 80 % of the properties in the ARETE INDUSTRIAL fund portfolio must have BREEAM certification rating of &#8222;Very Good.&#8220;<\/li>&#13;\n<li>We will install photovoltaic panels on all roofs within our property portfolio where technically feasible.<\/li>&#13;\n<li>We commit to achieving zero use of electricity produced from fossil fuels by no later than the end of 2050.<\/li>&#13;\n<li>We are committed to reducing direct greenhouse gas emissions and aim to achieve net-zero emissions by no later than the end of 2050.<\/li>&#13;\n<\/ul>&#13;\n<\/li>&#13;\n<li>We support biodiversity:&#13;\n<ul>&#13;\n<li>Within our group, we will continue our long-term collaboration with organizations that support biodiversity protection. Our support primarily involves providing financial contributions to their activities, cooperation, and consultation during new construction projects.<\/li>&#13;\n<li>We have committed, as a group, to plant one tree for every 500 square meters of a newly built lettable area.<\/li>&#13;\n<li>We support the protection of conversation areas and endangered wildlife species.<\/li>&#13;\n<\/ul>&#13;\n<\/li>&#13;\n<li>Water Resource Protection and Waste Management:&#13;\n<ul>&#13;\n<li>We have been working on waste reduction and recycling in the construction of buildings.
