T\u0159et\u00ed uzav\u0159en\u00fd fond, zam\u011b\u0159en\u00fd na evropsk\u00e9 pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 nemovitosti, jsme otev\u0159eli na konci covidu. V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b je ve f\u00e1zi roz\u0161i\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed, aby mohl t\u011b\u017eit z ned\u00e1vn\u00e9ho sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed cen nemovitost\u00ed. <\/p>&#13;\r\n<p>A na\u0161e dlouhodob\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pl\u00e1ny? Do n\u011bkolika let bychom cht\u011bli spravovat aktiva p\u0159esahuj\u00edc\u00ed jednu miliardu eur, kter\u00e1 budou rozd\u011blen\u00e1 do n\u011bkolika strategi\u00ed a rozm\u00edst\u011bn\u00e1 do v\u00edce zem\u00ed.
